I found several issues . The air conditioning barely worked. The room remained uncomfortably warm. the staff neglected to inform me about the parking fee and city tax upon arrival. These omissions added unexpected costs to my trip, disappointing.

I really enjoyed the spaciousness of the quadruple room, it accommodated my family well. the staff seemed very friendly. They were always ready to help with directions. parking in the basement was convenient. i found it easy to get around the city with the tram stop right outside.
the absence of shampoo was disappointing considering the price i paid, it seemed like a basic necessity overlooked. the ac barely worked, leaving the room somewhat warm. the breakfast was quite basic, without much variety.
